ENCARTE: KREATOR [2]

Histórico de “Terrible Certainty” (1987) por Mille Petrozza, em sua versão remasterizada (2000), com o ep “Out Of the Dark… Into the Light” (1988):

After two quite successful tours in Europe and the U.S.A. we took a little break to recover a little bit from life in a van before we started to write new songs. Walterbach had the idea to work with an English producer called Roy Rowland who worked with bands that I have forgotten about. And instead of going to Berlin again we went into a studio in Hanover which we heard belonged to a guy from Eloy – a German Prog band which was supposed to be ery professional, which was true by the way. This time we were really prepared and the recordings were very smooth. Our relationship with Roy was a little strange, even though we all liked him very much. I think apart from the fact he thought the studio was ‘faulty’ because he had to reconnect certain cables all the time, he did not like us inviting our friends from Assassin and Darkness into the rooms above the studio were we all stayed during the recordings. Some things got broken, I know but it was not all that bad and we were always at the session on time. Anyway, I am still very happy with the sound on ‘Terrible Certainty’ and our first ‘international’ production, and our fans liked the album very much, too“.
