ENCARTE: WOODSTOCK 94
Neste 2019, lembrou-se dos 50 anos do festival. Ñ me ocorre ter havido um festival oportunista caça-níqueis fajutaço e mainstream em “homenagem”, como ocorreram em 1994 (25 anos) e 1999 (30 anos – aquele dos incêndios e tumultos).
Depoimento de Henry Rollins, cuja Rollins Band tocou no de 1994, contido no encarte da coletânea souvenir dupla “Woodstock 94”:
“When the wind blew towards the stage all you could smell was the sweat of over three hundred thousand people. It was so much flesh, humans as far as you could see. Time seemed to hang suspended while we played. While I was walking off I tried to look out there so hard I would never forget it. We had a blast“.
